Improvement of Memory The simple truth is that your brain needs constant fitness training like the rest of your body. The more training you give it, the healthier it stays. Sessions will be set-up in the doctor’s office for convenience. Cognitive Training sessions run about 30 minutes per session, and should be done twice a week For cognitive training to lock in, it is recommended that training should run anywhere from 40 to 60 sessions depending on the person.
